Product that comes from the species Hylocereus, which consists of a triangular shape of fallen stems in the form of a pendulum. Its origin is Latin American and usually occurs in tropical climates, internationally it is known as the "Dragon Fruit". They contain nutritional properties in vitamins C, B (B1 or thiamine, B3 or niacin and B2 or rivoflavin), potassium, iron, calcium and phosphorus.
