Product prepared with sugar strawberries fresh, clean, healthy, ripe, without stem and firm texture. Subjected to a process with state-of-the-art rapid freezing technology (also known as IQF Freezing), which is considered complete until the temperature of the product in the thermal center has dropped to -18C (0F).
