Fresh product with an elongated shape and with leaves in the form of scales at the tip of uniform color, firm and straight consistency. It measures between 7.8 in (20 cm) and 15.7 in (40 cm) long and its color can be white or green, although sometimes it can present purple or pink tones. Its flavor is smooth and light.
